Advanced Reinforcement for Safe Transit

A standout feature of this shipment is the combined use of triple steel frames and customized wooden frames, as seen in the photos, to secure the plates during sea transport.

The triple steel frames—made from high-strength channel steel—work together to stabilize the load:

• The base frame locks into the container floor to prevent shifting.
• The mid-frame reinforces lateral stability, countering side-to-side movement in rough seas.
• The top frame eliminates gaps in the stack, reducing friction from vibrations.

Complementing this, custom wooden frames—engineered to the plates’ exact dimensions—add another layer of protection. Placed around and between the plates, they block lateral shifts, distribute pressure evenly to avoid deformation, and boost overall stability.

Extra Measures for Reliable Delivery

C&N adds further safeguards to ensure pristine arrival:

• Industrial anti-rust oil coats each plate, shielding against moisture and corrosion.
• Custom-fitted containers eliminate empty space, limiting movement.
• High-density foam and reinforced cardboard in gaps cushion impacts.
