What Is Astm A672 Pipe ?
ASTM is an internationally accepted standard that is divided into different grades depending upon their properties. ASTM A672 Pipe is one such pipe that is made up of A672 grade. A672 GR C65 Class 22 EFW Pipes is stainless steel that has a carbon base. Carbon Steel A672 C65 EFW Pipe is a standard electric fusion specification. A672 C65 CL22 EFW Welded Steel Pipe has excellent toughness, and dimensional accuracy and can be used in moderate temperature. A672 Gr C70 Electric Fusion Welded Pipe is manufactured by cold drawing, hot expanding, or hot rolling.

ASTM A672 CC65 CL22 Pipes Inside pipe fitting
Astm A672 Vs A671
A671 is used for atmospheric and lower temperature application
A672 is used for high-pressure service applications at moderate temperature
from a 500ft length of pipe A672 requires weld sample drawn and in case, original sample fails allows you to double the samples
from a 200ft length of pipe A671 requires weld sample drawn with no provision for a rejected weld.
