Product Information
Hastelloy C276 plates are corrosion resistant to oxidation and stress cracking. They are also resistant to pitting corrosion. The 57% nickel content gives the material high corrosion resistance. Roopam Steel is a leading manufacturer of Hastelloy C276 sheets and plates. The Hastelloy C276 plate comes under ASTM B575 specification. The plates are available in various sizes ranging from 1000mm x 2000mm to 2000mm x 4000mm. The UNS N10276 plate has a thickness of up to 75mm but the sheets have a thickness of up to 12mm. The basic difference between Alloy C276 sheets and plates is their thickness. Thickness slightly alters the mechanical and physical properties. Alloy c276 Coil is also used in high temperature applications such as aircraft, furnace boiler and heat exchanger components due to its high temperature tolerance. Nickel Alloy C276 Strips are narrow sheets and plates used for structural lining of other larger structures.
About ASTM B575 Scope
ASTM B575 covers plate, sheet, and strip of low-carbon nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloys (UNS N10276, N06022, N06455, N06035, N06044, UNS N06058, UNS N06059),3 low-carbon nickel-chromium-molybdenum-copper alloy (UNS N06200), low-carbon nickel-molybdenum-chromium (UNS N10362), low-carbon nickel-chromium-molybdenum-tantalum alloy (UNS N06210), and low-carbon nickel-chromium-molybdenum-tungsten alloy (UNS N06686) as shown in Table 1, for use in general corrosive service.

ASTM B575 Hastelloy C276 Alloy Sheets and Plates Packing
ASTM B575 Grade UNS N10276 Plate are individually sleeved in plastic bags, wrapped in waterproof material, and bundled with nylon rope. Clear labels are attached to the outside for easy identification of quantity and product ID. Care is taken during handling and transport. SS Hastelloy C276 plate packing follows international standards, bundled and strapped, then placed in containers to prevent damage.
Delivery: Within 10-25 days or as soon as possible if stock is available.
Types of Packaging: Wooden Boxes / Crates (steel/wood)
Our Special Features: Each bundle is covered with plastic for weather protection.
Ends of ASTM B575 Alloy C276 sheets and plates are protected by plastic strips.
Bundles are strapped with plastic strips.
A laminated packing list is included with each box/crate.
