On 1st Aug., Our long-term cooperate South Korea clients visit our factory in order to check recent orders and negotiate future cooperation. The order is for Heavy thickness WP91 Type 1, WP22 CL.1, WP11 CL.1, WPC, WPB material Fittings, most importantly, the bevel end for fittings require B16.25 Fig 2C & Fig 3C. As we all know, the tolerance of B16.25 is more strict than B16.9 & MS SP-97, especially, It has very strict tolerance for the inner diameter, It’s only accept" 0-0.25mm" tolerance, In china, few factories can meet so strictly tolerance requirement.

We have lots of experience to provide B16.25 bevel end fittings to domestic and foreign markets, the quality is guaranteed and it has been confirmed by many customers, this is inseparable from our experienced production department and strict quality inspection department.

When get client orders, our engineer will prepare drawings for customer review at first, only get approval, we will arrange the production accordingly. On one hand, our production department have many years experiences for B16.25 bevel end, so we can good control the fitting quality in the production stage, on the other hand, our QC team will arrange 100% inspection for B16.25 Bevel end before shipping, and QC usually for "ID, THK, OD" of the bevel end, Each bevel end tested at least 4 points, to ensure that the quality meets the standard requirements, what’s more, we also provide plastic caps protect the bevel end to avoid damage during transport.
