C&N delivers Pre-Fabrication of Pipe Spools to Brazil

C&N is pleased to announce the start of production of prefabricated spools for our esteemed Brazilian customer. This collaboration was achieved over a period of time as our engineering team worked with the customer to study the drawings of the products they needed and discuss how to produce them with high quality.

The construction project of the Brazilian client involves a complex pipeline system and belongs to the natural gas industry. This pipeline carries gas around the site and requires careful and accurate installation. Installation of these systems can be a daunting task, but can be made much easier by using prefabricated tube shafts.

So, what is a prefabricated core? The prefabricated pipe shaft is the part of the pipe that includes the outlet, flange and fittings, manufactured and assembled outside the factory.

C&N has the ability to supply prefabricated pipe spools, including tubing, fittings and flanges, according to design drawings and requirements, and prefabricate them into “spools” suitable for field assembly. Starting with the drawing of the pipe shaft according to the drawings provided by the customer, the multiple stages of pipe manufacturing are effectively managed to provide a clearly marked pipe shaft and protect it properly to ensure no damage during transportation.
