F1 A182 Alloy Steel Flanges is an alloy steel formulated for primary forming into wrought products. Its specified properties are appropriate for the annealed condition. F1 is the ASTM designation for this material and its UNS number is K12822.

A182 F1 Cl2 Pipe Flanges has a very low electrical conductivity among wrought alloy steels in the same category. In addition, it has a moderately low embodied energy and base cost. A182 F1 material is a forging material specification for F1 grade alloy steel and it is used for manufacturing bare forgings or forged and machined products for applications which involves high temperature service.

F1 steel Plate Flange is often a cost effective solution, when raised faces and hubs are not required and for the applications with no or low pressure at ambient temperatures.

ASTM A182 Gr.F1 Blind Flanges is a solid disk used to block off a pipeline or to create a stop. It is similar to a regular flange, it has mounting holes around the perimeter and the gasket sealing rings are machined into the mating surface.

A182 Gr.F1 Threaded Flanges are widely demanded and are also known as screwed flange, and it is having a thread inside the flange bore which fits on the pipe with matching male thread on the pipe.
