A182 F9 Alloy Steel Flanges is for use in small size and high pressure piping systems. Due to the small amount of chromium and molybdenum it has superior corrosion resistance and ductility.
Chrome Moly Alloy A182 F9 Flange two main alloying elements are chromium and molybdenum. It is useful in various industries and applications. Industries where it is useful are construction, automotive, energy, and oil and gas.

F9 Alloy Steel Pipe Flanges has high tensile strength, good resistance to corrosion with improved hardness as well as toughness properties. It has tensile strength of 380 Mpa, while it has yield strength at 0.2%Offset 585 Mpa.
Without Chrome Moly Alloy Steel F9 A182 Blind Flanges it would be next to impossible to repair or perform ongoing maintenance of pipeline unless the flow was shut off at an earlier valve, which can affect miles of pipeline.
Alloy Steel A182 F9 Cl2 Lap Joint Flanges are very familiar to slip on flanges. However, it includes a radius at the intersection of the flange face and the bore to accommodate the flanged portion of the lap joint stub end making it only compatible to lap joint stub ends.
A182 F9 Class 2 Flange comes in the size range of ½’’ to 48” with different dimensions according to the ASTM, ASME and other international standards. There are different classes which indicate the pressure capacities of flanges.
Low Alloy Steel ASTM A182 F9 Flange is widely used for the production of pipes, aerospace bodies, automotive, railway lines and offshore and onshore structural engineering.
High Alloy Steel ASTM A182 Gr F9 Flange is an alloy of iron which consist chromium of 10.5%. It has over 10% mixture of the alloy.
A182 Gr.F9 Threaded Flanges are of various types such as Plain Threaded Flanges, Male threaded flanges and female threaded flanges. In the bore it is threaded which matches to an external thread on the pipe.
SA 182 Gr.F9 Cl1 Forged Flanges are normally welded onto pipes or mounted onto a threaded end of the shaft, and then connected to allow the contact with bolts.

SA 182 Gr.F9 Socket Weld Flanges is a counter bored to accept the pipe before being fillet welded. The bore of the pipe and flange are both the same therefore it gives good flow characteristic
ASME SA 182 Gr.F9 Slip On Flanges are suitable for low-pressure applications and are easy to install and weld onto different pipes. In addition to it, it also helps welding to reduce manufacturing costs. It does not have a neck to rest on the pipe, and therefore double welding is necessary.
